Is your Board future-fit?
BOARD LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES
Using the outcomes of more than a hundred large Board effectiveness programs done internationally over the last fifteen years, the presentation will focus on the main aspects of concern for Directors in the past and into the future.
A few years ago, there was agreement that Board governance was approaching maturity, but recent governance and leadership lapses have indicated that some basic elements of effectiveness may be missing; this at a time where the world of business is at the cusp of a second renaissance due to major advances in technology, geopolitical changes and environmental concerns. This is an up to date analysis of how Boards work with emerging trends and concerns.
