Lesley Morphet
Lesley is a leading competition lawyer in South Africa and co-heads the South African Competition Law practice. She advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger notifications, leniency applications, exemption applications, managing dawn raids, and compliance. She has been involved in many complex merger filings as well as prohibited practice investigations. Drawing on her extensive experience in this field, as well as her knowledge of the competition laws of many African countries, clients rely on Lesley’s specialised knowledge and expertise including in relation to multi-jurisdictional merger notifications in South Africa and across the African continent.

Neil MacKenzie
Neil co-heads the South African Competition Law practice. He represents firms in litigated cartel and abuse of dominance (monopolisation) cases before the Competition Tribunal and the Competition Appeal Court, and advises complainants and respondents in Competition Commission investigations. He has been involved in high profile prohibited practice cases. Neil has guided firms through complex merger approval processes in South Africa and elsewhere in Africa.

Antonio Di Domenico
Tony is a Partner and Co-Leader of the firm’s Competition, Marketing and Foreign Investment Group. As former counsel to Canada’s Commissioner of Competition (Department of Justice Canada) and having served as counsel in many of Canada’s most significant competition matters, Tony is widely recognized as one of Canada’s leading practitioners in competition law and litigation. Tony represents and counsels clients in domestic and multi-jurisdictional competition matters, including mergers, criminal cartel matters, advertising, marketing and consumer protection practices, abuse of dominance and other reviewable practices.

Huy Do
Huy Do is the Co-Leader of the firm’s Competition, Marketing and Foreign Investment Group. His practice focuses on anti-trust/competition, marketing and Foreign Investment law. Huy is a widely recognized leader in Canadian competition, marketing and foreign investment laws. He is the Immediate Past Chair and member of the Executive of the Competition Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association and serves as a Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network. He brings a wealth of experience, including from his time with the Competition Bureau, to advise clients in complex domestic and international competition law cases, including in relation to mergers, criminal cartels, deceptive marketing and abuse of dominance investigations.
