Session description:
As consultants, we work with a variety of businesses across a number of industries. We know that the lives of all these businesses have changed through no fault of their own.
All markets have been impacted and disrupted by the pandemic. We have been thrust into the new 4IR world to adopt technology that we thought we could ease into over the next 5 years. Already we are already talking 5IR!
We have to rethink the way we work. Rethink our supply-chains. Rethink the way we sell to and service clients. Rethink the way we engage our people. If not, will we impact our business Risk, Revenue or Reputation or all three?
Does your Strategic Operating Model support your long-term Strategy? Are you dying a slow death? Will we attend your business funeral?
Businesses that will grow are those that have taken time to rethink their long-term strategy and are reinventing their operating models to support it, having used disruptive thinking processes.
These new Strategies must be based on sound Critical Thinking and supported by effective implementation programs. By doing this, you will have ensured that you have your Strategic Insurance Policy in place.
As the leader of your business, if you have little idea what the disruptive changes will be, not forgetting the ones we are already dealing with, where your business is headed, you will continue wander aimlessly with priorities changing constantly and employees confused about the purpose of their jobs. You could chase strategies that have little or no chance of success.
For you to be successful, there needs to be a clear road map for success in place. Without that road map provided by a solid strategy, decisions will be made in a vacuum and/or there will be considerable confusion and inconsistency evident within the organisation.
To understand what is needed to get your insurance policy in place, join us for an interactive discussion on what you urgently need to do as corrective action. Address your insomnia index and concern about your future now. We look forward to hosting you in these informative discussions.
